Leadership has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. It all started on a small farm in northern Florida, with 3 of the best mentors I could have ever asked for. My grandpa taught me how to lead without fear, my father taught me how to navigate military leadership, and my stepdad taught me how to be the best human being possible!

I spent a decade in the US Army where I was taught basic and advanced leadership. I have led men all over the world, in some extremely high stress operations! Developing soldiers into the best possible warfighters, future leaders and better citizens was my primary role while I was in.

After getting out of the Army, I graduated from the University of Alaska Fairbanks with a process technology degree. I've been in refinery operations and leading on the North Slope oilfield in Alaska. I've taught Control Room Management and developed countless production operators to be future leaders.

Outside of developing people, hunting for more oil in the patch, teaching leadership, and making content… you can likely find me hanging out with my wife and grandkids or watching my wife compete in NPC bikini competitions in Vegas and Pittsburgh.
